Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of quote/invoice constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below:

 
  • A 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required to commence any project, with the balance payable prior to final delivery.

  • Changes to the original brief after quoting will incur an additional charge/s and will be re-quoted prior to commencing. 

  • Once paid, all deposits/payments are non-refundable.

  • A minimum fee of 15 minutes (1/4 of hourly rate) is applied to all jobs, including changes/amends.

  • A Rush Fee of 15% may be applied to projects due within 48 hours.

  • All unpaid accounts over 30 days from invoice due date will incur an additional 10% per week penalty fee and/or possible debt recovery action.

  • All prices shown in AUD.

  • While I take all necessary care to avoid errors, I accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. The Client is to proof read and approve all final copy and design before the production of artwork. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by The Client’s proof reading.

  • All documents provided to The Client include intellectual property that is owned by Chloe Hay. In providing the document, I do not license or otherwise grant rights over any intellectual property owned by Chloe Hay to any party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Once a concept is approved, finished artwork is delivered to The Client and full payment is received, the agreed ownership rights to the finished artwork transfer to The Client. Unused concepts remain the property of myself.

  • The release of any working files will incur an additional fee.

  • I reserve the right to use all artwork produced, concepts produced in the course of the project (including those concepts not selected) and revisions for the purposes of promoting my personal brand in print or digital media portfolios, social media and blogs, except where The Client has specifically requested in writing otherwise.
