Sharing personal stories and spreading the worthiness movement is key to sparking change, and this is what Journey to Worthy founder, Vanessa Haldane, works towards every day. What began as a simple blog and hashtag has grown to the point of helping tens of thousands of people around the world. Journey to Worthy serves to remind you that you are worthy and it is never too late to reignite your self-worth - regardless of your past, societal ideas or others’ opinions. Part of this journey was to create a brand that was as beautiful as the work she was doing. Vanessa called upon KK&O. Agency to help her bring her dream to life, and my role was to implicate this through logo and brand design. Creating the logo, icons and complimentary branding elements, we have created a brand that reflects the warmth and support that the charity deserves. Together we can break the cycle of silence and shame.

 
 

World Worthy Day, brought to you by Journey to Worthy, is a day dedicated to reigniting women’s self worth. The day marks a call to action for women everywhere to come together and share their personal stories, as well as fundraise for organisations dedicated to helping women and domestic violence victims. 

Hosted by media personality and Hit 90.9 Breakfast Host, Bianca Dye, the inaugural World Worthy Day Ladies Lunch will see 100 women, including special guests, come together to raise awareness around self worth. 

World Worthy Day is hosted on September 30th in honour of Journey to Worthy founder Vanessa Haldane’s late mother who passed from suicide. 

All funds raised on the day will go towards The Butterfly Foundation.
