DARLING ESTATE
This client appointed SMART to create the branding for their newest residential development south of Brisbane, focussing on their target market of young families and investors. When time is our greatest commodity, you need to make an investment to last a lifetime. Darling Estate emphasises warmth and togetherness with its earthy colour palette, drawing on inspirational elements from the surrounding area. Paying homage to the area's history, the name 'Darling' was taken from the initial name of the Logan River which intertwines the communities of the greater Logan region. My role was to develop the overall design elements, branding, visual direction and naming solution for this concept.
